Tangerang, 19 January 2025 – doctorSHARE in collaboration with PT Bayan Resources Tbk, through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program Bayan Peduli, held an urban medical service for the underprivileged community around Han Tan Bio Temple, Kosambi, Tangerang. This program aims to improve access to health for urban communities in densely populated areas with limited infrastructure.

In this activity, a total of 19 professionals, consisting of 11 medical and 8 non-medical personnel, were deployed to provide health services. The medical services include general examinations, health consultations, simple lab tests, ECG checks, and free medication. It is expected that this activity can serve up to 600 people in need.

“This collaboration with PT Bayan Resources, through Bayan Peduli, is a form of joint commitment to reach people who have difficulty accessing health services. We hope that this program will not only have a positive impact on the surrounding community, but also show our joint commitment to continue reaching out to more people in need in various contexts in Indonesia,” said Tutuk Utomo Nuradhy, Managing Director, doctorSHARE. This activity is part of doctorSHARE’s vision to bring inclusive health services, not only in remote areas, but also in urban areas with high levels of health needs. It is also aligned with Bayan Peduli’s Health Pillar which aims to uplift underprivileged and marginalized communities by providing them access to essential healthcare services and comprehensive support.
